Lamb County Validation -- Tag orders will be taken online beginning in August  for:
Market Lambs and Market Goats, Breeding Sheep, Wether Dams and Wether Does.

Tag orders will open September 1 for 
Breeding Heifer (UIN)   now open
Market Barrows 
Breeding Gilt


A seperate form will be required for each specie.  List all exhibitors  names  Last Name, First Name, MI -- enter on separate lines.

VALIDATION TAG ORDERS

Validation Tags $25/tag  for steers $20/tag; UIN for Heifers $20 Barrows, Lambs, Goats   A seperate Form needs to be completed for each species by individual families.   Late Order Tags will be $35/tag cash+ $10handling fee only and  up front by contacting the Springlake Earth Ag Dept VALIDATION TAG ORDER   FORM  - Complete the form below and submit by the deadline and submit payment in the amount of  $20/tag (state validation)  to : Springlake Earth FFA; PO Box 130  Earth, TX 79031  the order form is now available. All requested information must be provided before submitting form.  After submitting form, the order will not be completed until payment for tags has been received  Payment must be received within ten (10) days or tags will not be ordered. After ten days, an additional $25/month will be required to complete the validation.  There is also a $25 returned check fee. After the deadline which will be posted on this website, late tag orders will be $30/tag + $10 handling fee ordered tags must be paid for regardless of use

Parental Waiver and Hold Harmless Clause

I, ___________________________________, being the parent or legal guardian of  ____________________________________________________________________________, a minor and an exhibitor (hereinafter referred to as Exhibitor(s)) understand the Lamb County Validation processes and agree to adhere to the policies set forth by the State Validation and the Lamb County Validation Committee.  I understand the responsibilities of making sure these projects are validated according to all governing policies forthwith.

I hereby authorize the Lamb County Validation Committee to complete the validation process for the named exhibitor in/out of  my  and/or  his/her presence.

Finally, I agree and acknowledge that whether present or absent from the validation process, I waive any and every right to challenge, question, or contest any and all actions or inactions of the Lamb County Validation during the day of validation throughout the validation of the named exhibitors/projects.

As parent and/or legal guardian of exhibitor(s), I fully understand and acknowledge that if the requirements of the validation of named projects are not completed correctly and that not all rules associated with the validation are followed:

·        the project(s) will not be eligible for competition in the Junior Programs at the county or major livestock show level

I hereby agree to hold harmless for any and all purposes and to relinquish any present or future claims against all members of the Lamb County Validation Committee and/or other person(s) that participated in any attempted validation of exhibitor(‘s) projects.
